Bai Hao Yin Zhen

Ingredients: 100% white tea.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen also known as white silver needle, originates from Fujian province, China. This tea has one of the most beautiful appearances due to its straight shape, such as needles which are fully covered with white hairs.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen has shimmering clear infusion. The taste is creamy with fruity and floral aroma notes and a long-lasting light aftertaste of honey.

Brewing instructions: Use 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 250 ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80°C for 3 minutes for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase the steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

Keep in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
