Tie Guan Yin

Tie Guan Yin tea, a famous traditional Chinese tea, is one of China's favourite teas. Tie Guan
Yin tea is in between green and black tea in terms of fermentation
and belongs to the semi-fermented tea category.

After brewing, it has a long-lasting natural orchid fragrance. The taste has notes of
green vegetables and sweet red peppers.

Brewing instructions: Use about 2.5 grams of tea leaves for every 250 ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 90°C for 3 minutes.

Keep in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
