Bai Mu Dan is a lightly oxidized tea grown and harvested in Fujian province, China. Bai Mu Dan, also known as white peony, is a type of white tea made from plucks, which consists of one bud and two young leaves.
The Bai Mu Dan brew has a pale golden colour and shimmering clear infusion, a delicate lingering fragrance, and a fresh, mellow, sweet taste devoid of astringency and grassy flavours.
Brewing instructions: Use approximately 2.5 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 250 ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80°C for 3 minutes for the first brewing.
Keep in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
